Practical answer
State the complete equipment mass, handle count and orientation, load direction, lifting or carrying method and any dynamic or safety factor required by the responsible engineer. A catalog handle rating is not an installed-system rating; the fasteners, panel, reinforcement and enclosure load path also require verification.
