About our role
An Independent, Requirements-First Sourcing Service
TW RFQ is an independent service for international buyers preparing industrial enclosure hardware sourcing requests for Taiwan's manufacturing market.
The current service begins with a human scope and completeness review. We do not publish submitted RFQs as a public supplier directory, and we do not promise that every request will produce a manufacturing candidate or quotation.
We currently focus on enclosure latches and locks, hinges, handles, knobs, brackets, custom stampings and related cabinet or case hardware.
TW RFQ is not a manufacturer, testing laboratory, certification body, government agency or official Taiwan trade organization. Buyers remain responsible for engineering approval, supplier qualification and commercial decisions.
Current workflow
What happens after an RFQ is submitted
The first response is a review, not an automatic broadcast to suppliers. Each later action depends on the request, evidence needs and the buyer’s authorization.

Scope and completeness check
We review the product family, installed application, files, quantities, timing and destination, then identify material gaps.

Clarification and sharing boundary
The buyer confirms corrections, confidentiality limits, NDA needs and which files may be shared for a quotation review.

Candidate review when appropriate
If the request is sufficiently defined and within scope, a manufacturing-candidate review may proceed. No match or quotation is guaranteed.

Buyer-controlled decision
The buyer evaluates technical evidence, supplier capability, pricing and terms before any sample, tooling or purchase commitment.

What the initial review covers
The review organizes the request; it does not certify a design or approve a supplier.
- Component function and installed enclosure interface
- Drawing number, revision, units and authorized attachments
- Material, finish, dimensions and acceptance requirements
- Quantity, annual demand, destination and requested timing
- Evidence, test, certification or inspection expectations
- Confidentiality, NDA and supplier-sharing authorization
