These terms apply when you use this website, contact TW RFQ or submit a request for quotation (RFQ).
Sourcing service, not a manufacturing contract
TW RFQ is an independent B2B sourcing platform, not the manufacturer of products shown or described in an RFQ. Submitting an RFQ asks us to review a possible sourcing requirement; it does not create a purchase contract, require us to accept the request or guarantee that a suitable supplier will be found.
Quotations and availability
Any quotation remains subject to supplier confirmation and the terms stated in that quotation. Pricing, minimum order quantity, tooling, specifications, production capacity and lead times may change before a formal order is accepted. We do not guarantee the lowest price or a particular response, production or delivery date.
Your information and authority
You are responsible for providing accurate, sufficiently complete specifications and for reviewing all drawings, samples, quotations and order documents before proceeding.
You confirm that you have the right and authority to submit all text and files. You must not submit unlawful or infringing material, malware, export-controlled material you are not permitted to share, or a third party’s confidential document without authorization.
Manufacturer review and confidentiality
When you authorize supplier sharing, relevant information and attachments may be provided to selected manufacturers for quotation purposes. If an NDA is required before that review, you must identify the requirement in the RFQ. An NDA request may limit or delay the manufacturers able to review the opportunity.
Samples, inspection, logistics and orders
Sample orders, tooling, testing, inspection, packaging, shipping, payment, warranties and other commercial arrangements require separate confirmation in a quotation, purchase order or contract. A website description of available coordination support is not itself a commitment to provide a particular service.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, bypass access or upload controls, probe protected systems, submit automated spam, impersonate another person or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
Website availability
We aim to operate the website reliably, but it may be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Formal commercial terms
If a sourcing project proceeds, the applicable quotation, purchase order or separate agreement will state the commercial terms for that transaction. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the transaction-specific written agreement controls for that transaction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Please use the Contact page if you have a question about these terms.
